Question Can't access default gateway after firmware update on router

I just got a new router an ASUS RT-ACRH13 and set it up. I got access to the internet and everything was fine.

But after installing a firware update I can no longer access the default gateway and confinger my router.

I tried restarting my router and no luck. I tried reseting using the reset button on the back of the router and no luck. I tried "hard resetting" pressing the wps button while turning on the router and no luck.

I can still connect to the router and use the internet across all devices on my network but I can't access the default gateway on any of them.
Any thoughts on what I should try?

What gateway do you get by dhcp? 192.168.1.1?
Try http://router.asus.com/

I'd call Asus and find out what they want to you to try. Then post back here so we know how to fix it.
