Today I wiped my PC (saving only the files I wanted to carry on) and installed my new ssd-s. I installed windows on the ssd, everything is fine, but I've noticed that I can't access this bunch of files that I didn't delete before the new installation.
This is what I see now:
so all the unaccessable files have this little mark on them which I think is something I tried to do with them to keep them secure cause these are actually all my passwords lmao:

https://prnt.sc/rd4y8w
I know that I do have ownership on these files, but I think they were encrypted on my last windows install? I'm not sure what those locks mean on them.
Problem is I've already wiped the old windows drive so now the only form of these files that I have is this on the drive I saved important stuff to.
Does this mean I just can't decrypt these files and will never be able to access them????
oh sh$t...
