[SOLVED] Can't Access to BIOS, PC Will boot straight to windows

Maybe its a stupid question but since I chance the bios option from CSM to UEFI I can't longer enter to bios, I will just go straight to windows, and well i already restated window to go to the bios but i will jsut get a balck screen, i tried using the hdmi port but without luck, I'm trying to not reset the bios to the default settings

When you're in the OS GUI, do the following, Start button>Power>Hold down shift key>Restart, you should be greeted with a blue screen, then go to Troubleshoot>Advanced>UEFI Firmware settings or you could read through this guide.

I already did that but will just show a black screen

Your guide link seems broken lutfi, it takes me to a blank page that shows as blocked.

I had to change the GPU for an old one just to get into the bios after I changed to CSM I can access the bios or boot normally with my RX 580.

I changed from csm too uefi and couldn't get in bios, but I just move the bios selector from my gpu and it got solved. Thanks to everybody I'm just realezing that little switch cost me 50$

FWIW, MSCONFIG has a BOOT tab with the option for no GUI boot. And you didn't state your PC brand, but on Dell PCs, you can get to the BIOS via F12 at the start of booting up.
