cant activate shadowplay!!!(screenshot)

in the screenshot there is no option to activate shadowplay. i also cant click on the preferences to change them

in the top right u will also notice that smudge i just crossed out my username is all im paranoid haha

UPDATE: i decided to uninstall all geforce drivers on my pc and reinstall them. now when i open up geforce experience in the top right corner there is now a shadwoplay icon and i can finally record! idk why last time there was a share icon? but oh well

still wont let me tick the box to allow desktop capture tho which is weird but idk how to fix that yet
