Question Can't add a new highlight to my Instagram page

Hi

I can successfully add pics and vids by using "create new post", but I can't seem to add a new highlight, to go across the top of the page. I click on "new" and get a field where I can add a highlight name, and I can't do anything with the next window after that. (below).

I am not on a smartphone; is this not possible on a browser? I tried turning off adblock, but that doesn't seem to help. Ideas?

As it's their system they are the ONLY ones that can do anything on the back end.

I don't know that this is a "back end issue". I am thinking that maybe someone here might be able to help me figure this out.

Disable any ad blockers/extensions you may be using. Also,try other browsers.

Even try a private session with a browser. Intent is to isolate whether something on your system is the problem...or an account issue.
