can't allocate memory to C drive

I have 2 disks disk 0(GPT) and disk 1(MBR),
my C drive is placed in disk 0,
i have unallocated memory in disk 1,
how can i allocate the unassigned memory from disk 1 to my C drive in Disk 0

I dont think there is way unless you use RAID because they are physically on different drives from what i understand

You don't.
You just format it and give it a drive letter.
