There was already a situation before updating where I couldn't update the pc about 2-3 years ago. Since then I had the same version, try some other time but I come the same error "Page Fault in Nonpaged Area", took the pc to a repair store but did nothing, I give up and use it without the update. (if need maybe I can find the code of the error code)

Now what happen, today the usual automatic advise to update, it try to update and went well! It update to the 20h2 if I remember corretly, then say that there is another update, I tried my luck, big mistake (I change the graphic card a month ago or so, the previous one give me a lot of trouble so I trough it might have been the cause of problem). So I tried to update, "Page Fault in Nonpaged Area", it tried to reverse update, "Page Fault in Nonpaged Area", restart and from here it went on loop for a bit, then in sleep mode.

Now everytime I turn it on:
1. Long black screen
2. Appear A2 on the bottom for a minute or two,
3. MSI logo loading
4. Blue page "Page Fault in Nonpaged Area"
5. Try to restart
6. Go on loop from point 3
7. After some try, it go on sleep mode

I tried to go in Safe mode but i can't? or maybe i'm doing it incorretly? I've to turn it off when there is the MSI logo or the blue page will appear but maybe is too soon. What do I do?

My specs are:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

This is where you should've created your bootable USB installer for Windows 10 using Windows Media Creation Tools and then proceeded to reinstall the OS in an offline mode.

POWER SUPPLY: PS 750w 80+ Bronze
750W is the advertised wattage of the unit while 80+ bronze is the advertised 80+ efficiency rating of the unit. What is the make and model of the unit as well as it's age?

Might want to follow through this guide to see if you can perform a system restore prior to the update/issue.

MOTHERBOARD: Z97S SLI KRAIT EDITION
BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time?

When I took it to the repair shop they said it wasn't that big of a problem and that they updated it (wasn't true but i took it for another problem and ask to update too, so half job done and too late to reclame), so I never thought to do anything else.

About the power supply my bad, I was in a hurry and I take a the description where i bought my pc. It's a corsair CX 750M 75-002019 CP-9020061, it should have almost 8 years.

I will try, thanks in advance.

BIOS version: E7816IMS V17.9
