Can't boot from M.2 sdd

I bought an M.2 samsung 970 pro 512 gb ssd today. I tried several things like new bios , selecting boot drives , nothing worked I installed windows 10 with a USB flash drive on the M.2 .

specs:
cpu: i7-5820k
mobo: x99 deluxe
gpu: gtx 970t

I can see the drive in my bios.

What are your boot options in the BIOS? You will probably see "Windows Boot Manager" opposed to "Samsung 970 Pro" etc.

do you mean like how it is called in the bios in the bios it is stated as samsung ssd 970 pro 512gb

I can choose samsung ssd 970 pro 512 GB
than a cd reader
and a flash drive where i downloaded windows with.

removing the flash drive does not help!
