Hey, back with a new problem. You guys managed to help me solve my wireless issues so hopefully I'll be just as lucky again. Right, here's the deal.
My computer had preformed a check disk on local disk c a few times before, thought nothing of it. (It's an acer ultra book. It has a 20gb mssd) but today it did it and now it will not boot.
So I thought I'd head on over to the advanced trouble shooting and advanced options. Nothing there will work... It says "You must be signed in with an administrator account, there are no administrator accounts on this pc" and the only help it gives me is "sign into windows go control panel, user settings and make an admin account"... Well that's useful.
So, I pull out my win 8.1 disk (it is in Spanish, I installed it with a English disk, does this matter?) either way, all of the troubleshooting tools just say changed could not be applied (or something along those lines).
All I had left was CMD. I used the console command and tried chkdsk /r, bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /fixmbr. No success. Ooh and in case you're wondering auto repair/start up repair did nothing either.

Only options available is to try a reinstall (kinda want to avoid that) or maybe a new mssd? (still kinda don't want to do that)

Any suggestions at all? That would be fantastic. Thank you.
