Yesterday i just randomly while broswing on youtube had a blue screen, and after that i get into Automatic repair and nothing is able to repair so i went into troubleshoot options where i have startup repair, cmd, startup settings, uninstall updates, system restore, system image recovery. I was able to boot into windows on my hdd, when i installed the ssd i forgot to uninstall old windows but its all bugged and i cant use many things but i can open recovery in settings and when i used reset the pc option and choose to clear ALL drives it didnt, still same after new windows installation on hdd. I cant acces to ssd on file broswer and i can see in partition manager that its there but not wiped i see that i has same free and used memory amount, i dont know is it broken or what and when i disconnect my hdd and boot onto ssd this is whats shown
Recovery

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

The application or operating system couldn't be loaded becasuse a required file is missing or contains errors.
File: \Windows\system32\winload.exe
Error code: 0xc000000e
And than i can press enter to try again, nothing happens just same screen, same screen when i press f8 for startup settings and on f9 i can boot onto hdd and use my pc normally but without ssd on slow hdd.
Currently i have no idea how do i even know if my ssd is working properly and how come even windows didnt manage to wipe anything from that drive without even telling me or doing it.

Solution
thanks this worked, i did it, can you find a tutorial for me now how can i move windows to ssd now please im having trouble with this for 2 days now
-----------------------------
Specific steps for a successful clone operation:
-----------------------------
Verify the actual used space on the current drive is significantly below the size of the new SSD
Download and install Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration, if a Samsung SSD)
If you are cloning from a SATA drive to PCIe/NVMe, install the relevant driver for this new NVMe/PCIe drive.
Power off
Disconnect ALL drives except the current C and the new SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration)
Select ALL the partitions on...
I can assist you. I need to know. Are we talking about 2 windows installs. One on each drive. or a clone of the HDD to the SSD. If you have a a HDD with windows installed, then add a SSD its only used as a extra storage not OS device.

I want to delete all data from ssd even the os but i cant, formating says cant be finished but in cmd on diskpart it says this
Virtual Disk Service error:
Clean is not allowed on the disk containing the current boot,
system, pagefile, crashdump or hibernation volume.
I dont know how to delete and remove all of the said up there so i can clone current hdd installation to ssd and use my pc properly

and yes im trying to clone from hdd to ssd
There seems to be nothing except the bare OS on the HDD.
So why bother cloning?

Just do a fresh install on the SSD.
(with only the SSD connected)

You have currently booted from SSD (using bootloader on SSD).
To be able to clean/format SSD, you have to boot from HDD instead.

Does your system boot with SSD disconnected?

Show screenshot from Disk Management.
Disk Management should show System Reserved partition on HDD as "System,Active,Primary partition".
my bad up there, when i disconnect ssd from the pc it says an oprating system wasnt found and when i set it as boot priority too so it doesnt work without ssd inside but also it says that win is on hdd

Assing drive letter H: to System reserved partition on HDD.
Execute from elevated command prompt
bcdboot C:\windows /s H:
bootsect /nt60 H: /force
(show screenshot of the result)

Now shutdown,
disconnect SSD
and try to boot into windows with only HDD connected.
