Can't boot or get into BIOS

So fairly commonly, my PC will take longer to boot than I would like. Today I decided to go into BIOS and see if I could do anything to change that.

On the EZ Mode screen of my BIOS, I saw Intel Rapid Storage Technology. I decided to enable it. I didn't know that this would change the SATA mode from AHCI to RAID, so when I went to Save Changes and Exit and saw that it had changed, I was confused. I thought that it was changing by itself, so I decided to start fresh by selecting Load Optimized Defaults. When I did this, the system very briefly turned off and then powered back on. After this, I got an error message comprised of white text on a black screen which said something to the effect of "No drive with OS detected. Unplug all drives w/o OS and restart." I immediately thought that the boot order must be out of whack and it was.

So I go into BIOS and change it and am greeted by the INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE from Windows 10. According to BIOS, my boot order is still not correct, so I change it and still get the error. This happens multiple times, with me even disabling the other drives and attempting to repair through Windows. Finally, I select my OS drive under Boot Override and get into Windows.

I decide to make sure that the SATA mode can't change from AHCI to RAID anymore and follow this guide to do so: http://www.pingzic.com/how-to-enable-ahci-in-windows-10/

When I attempt to resart to get into BIOS to manually select AHCI, I cannot get into BIOS. And pass the ASUS splash screen, all I get is a black screen. I decide to physically unplug all other drives and remove the CMOS battery. When I next attempt to boot, all that is connected is my OS drive, GPU, RAM, and ethernet cable.

I still can't get into BIOS or Windows and I notice that the BOOT_DEVICE_LED on my MOBO is lit.

That is where I am currently at.

Any thoughts? What can I do? I'm thinking of just trying to reinstall Windows.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Method one from here got it to boot into Windows: https://forums.techguy.org/threads/after-upgrades-i-cant-boot-to-bios-and-am-out-of-ideas.1168671/

I'm going to reconnect my other drives and go from there.

You can google it to confirm but im pretty sure you can just power down, unplug the power cord, hold the power button for a few second just incase there is any power lingering in the system & remove the CMOS battery and wait. The power button deal is just something I do, I don't think its required.

I've already tried that.

How long did you leave it out with no power whatsoever?
