Can't boot pc... Can't boot into bios, start up repair, nor can I boot from usb, disc, or recovery

So, I have an Iview i896qw, (yes, I know it's not an expensive pic but I just needed something for school). Anyways, I accidentally factory reset it, which failed and now won't boot. I've tried booting from usb, and recovery point but I don't have one, and I can't boot from disc because I have no disc drive. I can't get into my bios, or start up repair, I was able to for a while, but can no longer acces them. I have looked all over the Internet for a solution, but they all say to boot from disc or usb which I can't do. So please I really need some help. Thanks in advance

You did the Hard Reset or the windows reset?
