Can't boot up

It started after I updated Asus gpu tweak II https://imgur.com/a/DIrhmVF I need to pull the hdd and left the ssd alone to make it boot up and shut it down again connect the hdd back again to boot up.. Sorry my english sucks

Which Operating system are you running?

if its windows 10 then

A newer version of gpu tweak is available which is working much better in windows 10 than the older version.

If the OS is not Running you have to do some setup in BIOS > boot device priority ' put the Boot-able HDD primary.

Im using win10 currently I dont have that option in my bios but chrck this out https://imgur.com/a/36mWGJA i think boot option #1 must be ssd(Windows installed) rite?

Yes
The SSD you have OS on must be #1.

i would recommend you to reinstall Windows 10 , or repair it using Original windows 10 DVD.

Note:

If you have some important file on your Drive C or what ever drive you have your OS on you might need all those important file if you want to access to those file before you reinstall and lose them all please use " Hiren's 15.2 Boot CD " its giving you opportunity to enter mini windows 7 and transfer all date to other Drive.
