Cant boot windows cause it cant detect the hdd.

Installed a new mobo and after installing it windows couldnt boot cuz i dont have the drivers installed -> fresh windows install required. So i put my old mobo in and every needed part gpu, cpu, ram and the other stuff. I booted my pc so i could make a backup, but it wont detect the hdd where all my stuff is at including the OS. Tried to switch cables and their places but nothing is working. Help! And yes the hdd has worked fine before.

Hi,

Have you got another Hdd around? you could use that to load your OS and after that just plug your old drive in after and you should be able to see everything on the old drive
