Question Cant boot without parking 3 cores on r5 3400g Help !

Hi! I used my apu and mem with OC always. İ able to oc 4.05 ghz 1.450V cpu and 1700 mhz 1.1750V gpu.
Ram is 3400mhz 16-19-19-19-36 timing and 1.390 V STABLE i used pc like this for 1 month

Yesterday While i was playing Human fall flat with my friends whole pc is freezed then rebooted. Then i got bsod says :
page fault in nonpaged area.
Thats it. Then i go bios and reset settings because i want to continue play fast as possible dont care about oc. Than i got same Bsod again. İ tried everything include install clean windows. But i got same bsod while boot into flashable usb.


İ looked for solution for 6 hours. And found it but its weird. İ parked 3 cores of 4 then pc magically boots and now working fine. But i only use 1 of 4 cores. Thats the problem. When i try unlock 2 or 3 or 4 cores i got Bsod "page fault in nonpaged area "


CPU : RYZEN 5 3400G
RAM : LPX VENGANCE 8GB CL16 3000
MOBO: GİGABYTE B450M S2H
PSU : HİGHPOWER 400W 85+

PLS HELP !!!!!

Yep there are really have 85 + efficenty and working fine. What do you think whats my problem is ?

If you could test the system with another power supply that would help. If it works with another PSU, replace your PSU. If it doesn't, then it's something else.
Just because it says "85% high efficiency" on the box doesn't mean it's good. It's a marketing gimmick mostly. I wouldn't trust that unit. If it feels light it's not good, they used cheap parts.

getting another psu seems impossible for now i will try other things thanks for idea.

A PSU issue would be more likely to trip motherboard/VRM protections and force a reboot/reset than BSOD.
