Question Can't change CPU clock ratio

Hi, i have this setup:

GA-Z68X-UD3P-B3
i5 3570k

And in bios when i want to change the clock ratio i can't..( it shows max to 38) but when i change the CPU to i5 2500k and come to BIOS i can without any problems change the clock ratio. Is the bios issue or my CPU is some like broken?

My bios is F8 (its Legacy bios)

There's two more BIOS updates pending for your platform. I'd update to the UEFI BIOS if I were you.
