Cant change folder icon

I can change all other folders but not the one that named Programs (I made this folder myselft and its not system folder). I click "change icon">choise icon>apply and it still stays the same.

The same, it did not fixed it. The weird thing is that can change ANY other folders icon but not this one.

have you tried moving the programs folder to another partition/drive? perhaps its been partially merged with the real programs folder, delete it and create another?

Well I could reset my pc to factory setting also. I have programs installed there its not an option
