Can't change folder location back/at all anymore: "Access denied"

I changed my Video and Picture folder locations this morning, but I want to change them around again. Every time I try, however, I get a message saying "Access is denied". I get the same message when I try to restore the pathway to the default one.

I've tried:

-Logging in with an admin account
-Changing ownership of the drive to me
-Restarting

Still need some help.

Nothing's worked. Any ideas?

Try a system restore to a point prior to when you changed the folder names.
