cant change resolution

hello this is my second time asking for help on this website. Basically i was changing resolutions and now im stuck in the resolution, but i cant see the screen, all i can see is a blue box floating around my screen saying input not supported. and when i start it up in safe mode i cant select which keyboard layout i was because my mouse doesnt move and there isnt even a mouse on the screen, please help me thanks 😀

could someone please tell me how i could press certain keys like the arrows,enter and tab to change my resolution too 800x600. for example press right click press down arrow 8 times then tab twice then enter, something like that... thanks 😀
