I'm looking to build a cheap PC to be able to play Counter-Strike:Global Offensive and some other games at playable framerate (45-60+). I have planned to build a pc with 4-8 GBs of ddr3 RAM, Nvidia GT 730 and a cheap gigabyte mobo that will support the DDR3 ram, PCI-E and a LGA1150 cpu. Here comes the problem.. I need a suggestion about choosing my cpu.. All the processors I have seen for 1150 are cheap Celerons and pentiums and prices go up to the sky from Intel core i3 and above.. I cannot afford such processor but I am also afraid not to do an awful mistake -buying a Celeron or a Pentium because these two words are very painful (Celeron and Pentium user from a long time). Is there any Celeron or Pentium (1150 socket) that is not crap? Or should I look for another build with diffirent socket like 1156 or 775 so I can find a cheap processor that will be useful for casual gaming? Thanks in advance.

Solution
For your low budget and use case I'd actually say look into the FM2+ APUs from AMD. They are good for such use cases (since you get a decent CPU and low end but decent GPU in one package). You could get an A8-7670K, and if you need more GPU power throw in an R7 250 later. If you want more CPU power after that, you can either just overclock it or replace it with an A10-7870k. You also wouldn't really need a discrete GPU for games such as CS:GO if you got an A8-7670K. Just keep in mind that it's best to get 2133MHz RAM for these APUs.

Looking at a RAIDMAX RX-400AF-B Power Supply (did I typo when I said 500w)

Unfortunately this PSU is more expensive than the RAM .. I want to save some money so here are my suggestions
-DeepCool DE430
-RAIDMAX RX-300XT
-Segotep ATX-500WH 500W PSU
-Zalman PSU 400W ZM400-LE (It's the highest I want to go)

If these PSUs are too crap I guess I have to spend a bit more for a Corsair VS series 450W
I might also check some of the leftover old PSUs I have here as a last hope.
What makes a PSU "crap" ? I've heard that the voltages can be unstable which can damage the hardware.

Junk, junk, and junk. Corsair VS is also bad but not really dangerous.

Basically junk PSUs are bad either because their unstable voltage output can damage hardware or result in system instability, which is what the first PSUs you mentioned are likely to do, or because the components used in them basically guarantee they'll die within a couple of years at best, like the Corsair VS and CX series. There's also some very bad PSUs which are outright fire hazards. No, I'm not joking. You think you'll save money by buying a cheap PSU but in truth you'll waste money because you'll need a replacement much sooner and you may even get component damage depending on how bad the PSU is.

Conversely, even "low end" quality PSUs will run without issue for minimum 5 years (in practice they can last more than a decade). Even if you're unlucky enough to get a defective one I know literally no quality PSU that has less than 5 years of warranty, whereas the junk ones have 2 years at best. Buying a high quality PSU is basically spending a little extra money for a crapton more safety.

If you do want to follow tried and true advice and get a decent one, generally the cheapest high quality PSUs are XFX ones.

Okay.... Going for the SEASONIC SS-520GB/520W/APF S12II-520Bronze
My friend has been using a Corsair VS440 or something like that for 3 years without problems. Anyways I'm going for your suggestion. These "crap" PSUs sound really bad.
edit: 1 little thing- I will get a CoolerMaster thermal compound for the cpu

Ohhh that was something that was bothering me for a while but forgot to ask- if the cpu comes with a cooler.ok...
Well, time to start saving money to get my dream build 😀
I will start working after 1-2 months.
