Cant Clear CMOS Asus Striker II Extreme

So, I cant access BIOS because my keyboard stopped working on startup. Or I can access BIOS sometimes but it freezes after couple seconds. I see that my memory settings are pretty weird and thats why my PC wont boot. So I need to reset BIOS. I know where the CLR CMOS button is, but I cant spot the Jumper or Battery thats why I need help.

Power off your system.
Take out GPU and RAM DIMM's. Power it on without RAM 2-3 times.
Your BIOS has now been reset.

Yes, without GPU and without RAM. Leave your CPU barebone, but it doesn't matter if you have a SATA connected or other components.

What do you actually mean by leaving CPU "barebone"?

MB + CPU connected to the PSU. But for the purpose of resetting bios you don't need to disconnect everything else.
