Can't click on anything sometimes (random)

When I first boot onto Windows 10 I can't click on anything on the taskbar or start button 9/10 times. Randomly I also can't click on anything other than the window I currently have open or sometimes just the desktop icons.

The only work around is to ctrl+alt+del, random click anywhere, back to desktop and it works again.

I've scoured the internet for the solution and a ton of threads show as "solved" with no actual solution. A fresh install of windows does not work. Reinstalling drivers does not work. The issue does not come up as an event. The hardware has no conflicts.

This problem started literally the week I upgraded to Windows 10 (when microsoft was giving it away for free... so... years ago.)

My hardware is:

Logitech G502
Logitech G710+
Ryzen 1700
GTX 970
Corsair Vengeance 8GB x 2
MSI Tomahawk MB
Corsair CS750M Power Supply

Please don't tell me to do things I've already tried. If anyone has encountered this issue and ACTUALLY fixed it, let me know. All hardware, drivers, BIOS and firmware is up to date.

Thanks in advance

Solution
try doing a clean boot and see if it happens. If its random, restart a few times. If it doesn't happen while running clean, the problem is a start up program, so slowly re add them until you find the cause

I am having the same issue but worse. I will open a window and then open another one on top of it but then I can't go back to the older one until I close down the newest one. I cant alt tab between them and use keyboard shortcuts to navigate on the windows but my mouse just doesn't work on them, it only works on the newest window.

My only solution was to unplug my keyboard and boot without it plugged in. That worked for a bit and now it's just not helping. Am calling their support line tomorrow.
