Can't click the start icon + taskbar virus

Hi, since i downloaded KMSPico, i have a virus
It asked me if i wanted to install hohosearch etc, i clicked no but it still did.
I removed hohosearch and a kind of virus from tencent from my pc.
But now my taskbar still acts weird, i only can rightclick on the search and start icon, and i can't rightclick the programs next to it in the taskbar.
I tried many programs to remove this, but none of them were succesfull.
I hope you guys can help me out, excuse me for my english.

the only safe way to utterly kill a virus is a fresh install of windows 10

on another pc, download this and use it to create a Win 10 installer on USB or DVD: Win 10 media creation tool
