Hello, I have a Toshiba laptop Satellite L55-A5284. Brand new, only have had it for a few days. The problems started when I started to download iTunes, It downloaded, everything worked, I still had internet but it would only work on the desktop mode. When I tried to use the applications the laptop came with it said it couldn't connect (Netflix,Store...etc). Anyways, I restored the settings to when I first got the laptop, everything went back to normal, didn't download iTunes and it was all fine. I decided to download Steam to try and get some cheap games for my new laptop and I'm having the same problem. I can connect to anything in desktop mode but none of the apps that require online work. Could someone please tell me what's going on and how to fix it please? I obviously understand it could be the applications messing with the laptop but I can't imagine they'd make a computer that will mess up if you download highly common programs such as he ones mentioned above.
