Question Can't connect to certain online games

I don't understand why this is happening but I can connect to certain games like DotA,CSGO,Don't Starve Together but I can't connect to certain games like Dark Souls 3,Payday 2 and Dying Light. I've been troubleshooting a lot in the past few days but I have yet to fix this problem. This problem actually started appearing after I changed to a Mesh-type router, specifically the DECO M4 router I know i can just change the routers but my other router has a bad modem port so it disconnects the internet every 4 hours which is honestly pretty annoying because of the 5 minutes downtime so id like to try fixing the current router if i can

See if your router has any firmware updates pending. You might also want to see if there's a QoS enabled whereby traffic is filtered for certain app's/games.

My router is up to date and seeing as im the one who's controlling the router the QoS is unused so there's no possible filtering going on
