can't connect to default gateway

i looked in cmd what the default gateway is and entered it into Google Chrome, but i would not reach the router login screen. I can surf the internet without a problem. I also reset the router waited 30 seconds and plugged it back in. Model name is ZNID-GPON-2426-NA. How do i fix this?

Your router may require a wired connection for admin. It is a security thing.
