Can't connect to Ethernet or Wifi !!

Yesterday i updated my drivers using Iobit driver booster,
and after restarting the device i can't connect to any network by any way ethernet or wifi.

the network icon status :
1- Ethernet always shows red x.
2- wirless icon is always shows not connected to any network but its connected to one.

uninstalled an reinstalled the drivers again and again with no improvment!!

Dont use a 3rd party program. Go to the manufacturer's site

Roll back the drivers in device manager and uninstall that program

Already tried all of that and installing multiple versions and the same!

device manager shows that the drivers are working normally, and Network and sharing center shows what in the screenshots i attatched to the thread

Right mouse on the icons / troubleshoot see what it says

what happens if you activate the bluethoot wirelees connection and for the this one is not also activate so you could not use a cable to connect to router .
