Alright, so I have a windows 8 laptop and I currently have the games Feral Heart and Wolf Quest installed. A while ago they were connecting perfectly with no problem, then the feral heart servers were switched off by the makers and switched back on. It was still working for a while after this, then it just stopped and I cant connect to either Feral Heart or Wolf Quest servers anymore. I know it's not the firewall or my antivirus because I switched them off to test it. I also know it's not my wifi/router because another laptop we have has Feral Heart and it can connect under the same wifi/router connection, so I know the problem is something with my computer. Please help, I've been trying to figure this out for quite a while and I've had no luck.

Yeah, the issue is either on their end, or on the path to their servers. They'll like ask you to do a Tracert (which is a command prompt command) to their server so they can see where along the path it gets dropped.

Ahh, here's something to try then:
Open Command Prompt (start > run > cmd.exe)
Type: "ipconfig /flushdns" (minus "s)
Try to connect to the game servers again.
