Can't connect to Internet or USB mouse or usb keyboard

Hi, if anyone has any ideas I could really use some help. My computer knowledge is limited. Reinstalled Windows because the computer was acting up a bit. Now the mouse and kb won't work. I checked in dxdiag and they are showing connected but no lights no function. Also and this could be the same or a separate issue network connections says I'm connected to the router and the router shows a connection to my pc (wired) but when I run diagnostics it tells me I have no Internet access...and all the wireless devices are connecting to internet fine through the same router, And my phone the thethered to the computer gives it a connection.. Via USB. Heads spinning trying to figure it out.

Did you install your motherboards' drivers? Sounds like you are missing the USB driver or activated the overcurrent protection (no power)

Turns out it was the USB drivers had to install them manually as the Microsoft ones weren't working. That sorted the mouse/kb. The Internet is was drivers again but for the pci adapter. Thanks for the help Popatim
