Can't connect to internet via Ethernet

Hi, I live in a condo where each room has its own Ethernet wall jack(matter of fact, I have 2 in my bedroom). We don't have access to the modem/router. The problem is, whenever I connect my ethernet cable on my desktop or laptop it says identifying with a yellow triangle and then it shows unidentified networtk and I can't access the internet. I've tried all sorts of cmd options that I see online(renew/release, flush etc) but can't seem to find a solution yet. I don't get any default gateway btw. Here is the print of ipconfig on cmd. The issue probably lies with a connection to the router/modem. You'll need to get in touch with whomever DOES have access to it and determine the best way to resolve the issue.

There is no magic, the control is with the people who have access to router.
