Hi, I live in a condo where each room has its own Ethernet wall jack(matter of fact, I have 2 in my bedroom). We don't have access to the modem/router. The problem is, whenever I connect my ethernet cable on my desktop or laptop it says identifying with a yellow triangle and then it shows unidentified networtk and I can't access the internet. I've tried all sorts of cmd options that I see online(renew/release, flush etc) but can't seem to find a solution yet. I don't get any default gateway btw. Here is the print of ipconfig on cmd. Thanks for help.

Solution
The issue probably lies with a connection to the router/modem. You'll need to get in touch with whomever DOES have access to it and determine the best way to resolve the issue.
