Hello,
A few days ago I was trying to shut down my computer, during the Windows "Shutting Down" screen I got a BSOD. The next day when I tried to use it, I couldn't connect to my network. Neither WIFI or Ethernet work. My network is working fine on all other devices. When I try to connect to my wifi network I get a message that says "Can't connect to this network". If I try to use my ethernet I just get "Internet not available". I've tried reinstalling my wireless adapters drivers and using other wireless adapters as well with no luck. I'm stumpted here and need help. My PCs parts will be below. Thank you for everyone that helps out!

ASUS M5A97 R2.0
AMD FX6300 (Overclocked)
16GB DDR3 RAM
Medialink Wireless-N USB Adapter or Belkin Wireless Adapter

Have you tried running the Windows 10 network troubleshooter?

Select Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Status. Under Change your network settings, select Network troubleshooter.
Yes, I have, It always just says that it was unable to find a problem. Tells me to check my modem and restart - basic stuff.
