I have Sony VAIO Windows 10 and I decided to reformat it because there's many viruses and old files that I don't need anymore. After I finished reformatting it, I tried connecting it to the wifi but I can't click the "On" button. When I opened the Control Panel, it shows that my Wireless Network has an red X mark on it, I tried disconnecting/disabling it and connecting/enabling it back on but it doesn't work, I even restarted the laptop. So what I did is I got the internet cable and put it on laptop and thank god it connected, first I download Google Chrome of course, it was okay but then when I tried downloading iTunes, the download bar shows "DNS Server Unavailable" I tried fixing it but unfortunately doesn't work. I think it's connected with the WiFi issue too. Oh and when I opened my Installed Programs on my Control Panel it only shows 2 things; Google Chrome and RealTek Audio. Thanks!
