Question Can't control speed of pwm case fans

hey guys i recently bought a new case (Cougar Uniface RGB)
the case has pwm connector and cougar write on their website the fans support edit control speed
i connect pwm to SYS Fan Header on my motherboard (Gigabyte B560M H)
and i tried to go to smart fan in BIOS and the fan speed it readable As in this picture

but i adjust it but nothing is happened the Fans still working at the maximum speed
help please what is wrong

GPU: AMD RX 5700 XT
PSU : Bitfenix Formula Series 650W 80 Plus Gold (NEW)
STORAGE: 2 HDD(Western Blue) AND 1 M.2(HIKVISION)
4 Fans bundled with the case
No Adapters

From what I'm reading off of Cougar's site, the fans bundled with the case aren't PWM.

You might want to pass on a picture of how your PWM hub is wired.

According to this manual of your case, you will need a PWM fan hooked to the port labelled #7. This particular header should be the only one that's of a different color(white, I think, while all the other connectors are black on that hub).

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Attached peripheralsl?

Fans (six or more?) : makes, models, placement, ARGB/RGB. 3 or 4 pin fan connectors?

Any adapters?

so the problem is the fans bundled with the case aren't PWM ?
and if i get a PWM fan and connect it to the port labelled #7 the problem will be solved and i can control speed all the fans?

i have to say the fans isn't pwm it's 3 pin fans so because that i can't control the speed even when they connect to the hub because he had a Sata cable that will give it complete voltage but i need to know if i connect a PWM fan to the first port (labelled #7) that white port it can control the other 3 pin fans and i can control the speed?
