Can't control the fan speed on Aerocool Xpredator X1

Hi people,
So I've recently bought an Aerocool case which is Xpredator X1 and has a fan speed controller on top of it, but unfortunately I cant really control the fans. How do I solve this?

Call Aerocool Tech Support .... if they can't get it working for you, they can process an RMA while ya on the phone.
