can't copy my files from disk

hi guys so a month ago i copied a few (.Rar) volume format of my files such as games, softwares, repacks now the problem is each single of the dvds says

Cannot read from the source file or disk - which is pretty annoying the DVD's still seems like in new condition and they show the file properly but i don't know why is it like that i have tried copying on different PCs and Windows but it still exist which is pretty much annoying can you guys help me in this ?

Spend $50 on an external hard drive. DVDs are too slow, limited in capacity, and subject to problems. If $50 is too much for you to spend, you can buy a 64 GB flash drive for around $14.

If the disk is not readable on several computers, disk is bad.
