Can't decide between these two CPU+mobo combinations

Hello everyone! im just confused with this question:
should i go with

i7 4770k + MSI z97 pc mate (or
another budget motherboard)

or should i prefer

i5 4690k + Msi Z97 Gaming 3

im thinking of slight overclocking and some twitch streaming. which combo will be good for me?

is this a budget question? If you can afford it an i7 is always nice. Especially when you start doing things outside of gaming like graphic design or something. If I'm honest I wouldnt go with an msi mobo at all

Well, if you save some bucks on the i7 and go to i5, you can try balance your system with a better VGA card...

my graphics card will be gtx 970, so it wont be a problem
