Which graphics card can run games better overall? I'm trying to play old games that are less demanding like minecraft/CS:GO. I'm sticking with the 300w that's installed. Can you please tell me why it's better so it's easier to understand. My budget is $80 and if there any other graphics card that's better point it out. Thanks in advance.

I know this is a bit dated, but I recently did some upgrade work on an HP p6310y. Increased to 8GB of 1600Mhz DDR3 RAM (running at 1333Mhz), Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256bit GDDR5, USB 3.0 card, mini-pci Wireless-N card, additional cooling, etc. Brought new life into an aging machine, although I DO agree with building a custom rig being the best option, it's not always within someone's IMMEDIATE budget to do so. So, putting just a little bit of money into the machine in older/used parts has gone a long way to up it's performance and bring some newer technologies (like USB 3.0), and it will work perfectly fine for gaming on a lot of titles (of course it's not gonna play brand new AAA titles, but what do you expect?)
