Can't decide what motherboard to take, need suggestions :)

Hello. So as the title says I am looking for a motherboard and can't decide which one to take. The ones that I looked at were asus hero VII, gigabyte G1 Sniper and gigabyte gaming 5. So what are the differences between them? Which one is better at something or worse then the other? Also I had a look at asus sabertooth mark 2, asus ranger VII. Any thoughts on these ones? I basically building a gaming pc and so far I can tell that I'll be using a i5-4690k and 970 gtx. I not planning to OC the cpu at first but later maybe a little bit.

P.S. If you need any adittional info just ask and I'll try to provide it

Of the higher end, I went with the Hero and wouldn't change, would love to get my hands on a Ranger but not not available in the States.

You never go wrong with tradesman's answers. just go with the Hero but if you want some audio boost performance, ping killers or some others features*check out the msi page for reference. But they arent quite noticeble... for me these mobos are quite tied..personally I'd go with the hero.
