Question Can't delete anything

Hi, whenever I want to delete stuff for example from desktop, it says "You require permission from DESKTOP-12823\(my profile name) to make changes to this folder"
I never created a user called "DESKTOP-12823". When I go to the security tab, it says that "DESKTOP-12823" Is an ADMINISTRATOR.
I can't delete anything. Please help!

Could be a systems file corruption, try running sfc /scannow at an Administrative level command prompt. Also if you have configured System Restore you may be able to revert Windows back before this issue occurred.
