Can't Delete/Rename or Copy anything to (D:) Drive

Hey all, I was trying to mod Skyrim and downloaded a big file, when it was near completion my computer froze, so I restarted it. When this happened I got "Windows created a temporary paging file on your computer because of a problem that occured with your paging file configuration when you started your computer", and also I cannot delete, rename, move or cut files on the drive and I can't create new files on my D: Drive. As for the paging file problem I already fixed that, but I'm completely lost on how to solve this issue. Also as for permissions under properties there is no security tab for D: drive but my C: drive has it still, so I can't even check the permissions properly.
Also add that when I right click any file the delete/rename/move/cut options are missing from the drop down list, and pressing the delete key does nothing, no error message, no new window opens.
Any Help would be much appreciated. (Windows 7 64 bit)

Hi there Zanxus,

There is a possibility that there is something wrong with the drive.
You can run the extended test as well. Also, I guess it will not hurt to run some some third party tools as well: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility

It would be helpful if you can provide a screenshot of the SMART report.
If there is something wrong with it, you need to back up the data stored on the drive.

Not 100% sure how I did it, but my D: drive is a seagate, so I downloaded Seatools, ran short drive self test, and Fix All Fast, but it came up 100% fine according to the software, then restarted and it works now.... So doubt this will help most other people who get this problem, but hopefully it will help someone. Also I had previously tried restarting and even a system restore to no avail.
