Can't delete system file because it's open in another program?

So I downloaded Asus Aura from what seems like the legitimate website (https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/us/download.html). The program wont run so I deleted it, deleted it from the recycling bin as well...and this small, 15 kb file with random letters and numbers as a file name, just wont go. I'm not sure if this came with the program or I just did not see it before, but is this necessary for the system? Otherwise, how do I get rid of it? This is not my backup drive by the way. The specific file location is D: ...thats it...

Used Bitdefender (free version). Says its all good.

Right click the file and check in properties when you installed it.
Boot into safe mode and try to delete the file again, but create a system restore point in case its a vital part of your system.

Seems like it worked and everything is running smoothly. By the way, the system said it was created about 2 hours ago (seems like it came with the "download"). Thanks!
