Cant delete virus

recently got a virus on my computer and now it won't let me do certain things like use a USB drive or use system restore and things like that I have Windows 10 by the way and also it's not letting me completely remove the virus from my computer I have used kapersky and also I have used Malwarebytes but I can't completely get rid of it any suggestions?

Boot the pc into safe mode, run rkill, and then run rougekiller. That should get rid of anything thats on there.

backup all you data and re-format your Local Disk, re-install windows, and bring your data back, and dont visit those porn sites anymore.

- Use malwarbytes custom scan C drive with rootkit detection: after you update definitions, reboot if asked.
- Follow that with Emsisoft emergency kit Custom scan C deep scan with rootkit detection
(disconnect computer from internet while software is scanning)
Both above softwares are very powerful and thorough, and have quick scan or Threat scan that you could run first to get rid of the obvious big stuff, then run a deeper scan as suggested.

Doing a reinstall like that is always a last resort. Almost everytime you are able to get rid of a virus on a computer. Unless it is something that has completely destoryed the file system. We would always do a complete virus remove of a pc, and only then would we ever do a reinstall only if windows had been effected. Ive spent two days removing virus's from a computer for someone and it worked just fine once they were removed. Do as i said about booting into safe mode and then try it again. Let me know if it keeps happening after running those programs.

And of course there's always the chance you will back up the virus along with your data and restore it later.

Ok guys ill do this and report back
