Can't detach cable usb 3.0 from motherboard

Soon im going to buy new case but my old case with usb 3.0 cable stucked on motherboard and im scare that i will broke usb 3.0 connector on the motherboard( It's tightly connected,but im tried to unplug these usb 3.0 cable and head of usb 3.0 from motherboard it also stucked on cable from case.So what to do?

I know my Displayport cable has a thing where you gotta squeeze each side of the cord before it unclicks and can be removed. Maybe its like that.

USB 3 cable plug to motherboard does not have any latch or clip - it is hold only by tension. You have to wiggle it sideways until it gets free, no other way. Don't try to pull it straight up - this will not work.
