I can surf web,play online games,watch online youtube video(720p) without buffering but when it comes to download it sucks.
I only get 4-15 kbps downloading speed!!
When i do speed test it shows fine speed but when I download something then speed is 15 for sometimes and it keep on decreasing and finally it ends up at 0 bytes....
Plz HELP
