Can't Download games from STEAM

Does anybody have a solution to why I can't download a game that I purchased from STEAM. I keep getting a connection timeout error.

You have tried to restart the computer sometimes it does help to change server to download from.. You can change this by changing region you can change it back when install is downloaded

Yes!! I tried that already but still nothing

Finally got it to work!!! Had to run as Admin.
