Can't download/install windows updates

Hey,

Everytime I try to DL and install updates, it shows me an error code: 800703F9.
Did some research on my own, but everything I tried didn't work.
How can I fix this?

Did you try microsft update fix it ?

Goto bleepingcomputer.com and try to repair with windows repair all-in-one

Has this always happened, or is it a recent problem? If it's recent, have you tried using System Restore to roll back to a time prior to the problem?

Go to Elevated Command Prompt type in SFC /scannow

When you get any restults let us know back on the forums.

It has happened more often, so that wouldn't work.

Tried that too, but I'm always getting the "windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation" error.
Even in safe mode.

It's downloading now, with no errors so far..

I already told you. ^^

I got support from Microsoft, and their fix works for windows update. (So far at least. It's downloading updates now, but before, it would just give me an error right away)
