can't download new files

This started last week either after an upgrade or a possible trojan via adobe reader 10.1.6 which I deleted. Now I can't download any programs. Have tried resetting internet explorer settings, opening in safe mode with networking still no downloads.

How about a full system scan with your anti-virus then a malwarebites scan.

I tried that 4 times or more, think malware is built into my avg and Microsoft essentials. Nothings seems to work, no virus has been found

I do run two anit-virus programs avg free edition and microsoft security essentials. I can't download anything, tired downloading too a flash drive same thing. Download starts and stops, say there is a virus and deletes the program.
