cant enable my wi-fi

this is my modem. so I go to http://192.168.0.1/ normally to modify things but when I tick off enable wireless and apply it refreshes the whole page and takes me back and the enable wireless option is UN-TICKED. -_- plz help.

Have you tried rebooting it after enabling it, not familiar with that one, but some need to be turned off then back on to physically enable

Yes I've tried that, didn't fix it.

yes it is, would that be a problem though? this modem is wifi capable.

it could be lock by them so you cannot made any change in the settings i would contact them to apply the change ,it could also be defective or they turn the wi-fi off .
