I m trying to reinstall windows in uefi mode and on trying to enable secure boot i get an error saying that it can only be enabled in user mode and to repeat operation after enrolling platform key. I m unaware of how these key thing work so can anyone guide me? i have the win 10 installation bootable media inserted
p.s.the secure boot mode is custom

Solution
i fixed it, What i had to do was remove the gpu from the pci slot and then use the IGPU(didnt work with my rtx in pci slot) so i could access bios again and to my surprise the goddamn secure was still on after my cmos reset so i toggled it back off and reinserted my gpu
