Can't enter BIOS after user password screen.

I have a Asus X370 motherboard. Since I am new to building PC's I was looking at the settings in BIOS. I put in a password for the "User Password" option. After restarting I put in the password and try to get into to BIOS, but it won't let me. I press "F2" or "Del" like every other time, but it won't let me a into BIOS.

Is it possible you mistyped the password when you first set it up?

Is it possible your problem is with the keyboard? Sometimes the keyboard layout gets messed up so the letters you type are no longer correct.

You can also try entering the BIOS from Windows 10.

I have a Asus prime x370 pro motherboard. It's a new PC and the first one I built and I was able to use BIOS. I then added a admin password and user password. I then save & exit out of BIOS, then put in my password as soon as the PC starts up then the next thing is the time where it says press "F2" or "Del" like every other time, but now it won't let me into BIOS. I press the buttons but it won't let me into BIOS, It just goes through the regular boot up. Any help would be appreciated.

If reset bios is not helping- try to reflash bios on programmer (at home if you have or in service center)
